Teaching

I currently teach BUSI 343 Financial Management, Rice’s undergraduate business finance course, and PhD seminars in finance: Corporate Finance Seminar, jointly with Gustavo Grullon, and different seminars that focus on empirical methods of causal inference in finance and more topical courses.

In the Fall 2016 issue, Rice Magazine ran an article about my undergraduate course: article link.

In the recent past I taught MGMT 843 Corporate Finance, the core finance course for the EMBA program, a half-semester segment of MICO 601, an experimental course in which I taught causal inference statistical techniques to MBA students, and MGMT 630 Financial Markets, a course I developed and taught.
